Our Story
Bringing Parisian cafe culture to the shores of Prior Lake
We started LoadTest Cold Brew 9 with a simple dream: to combine the slow-paced, romantic ritual of a Parisian boutique café with the warmth of our Minnesota lake community. Our journey began in our own kitchen, experimenting with cold-extraction times until we unlocked a brew that was incredibly smooth, sweet, and completely free of bitterness.
Today, we partner with independent local roasters to source the finest beans, roasting them in small batches. We believe that coffee shouldn't be rushed. Whether you are grabbing a quick takeaway bag of beans or lingering over a flaky, butter-shattered croissant at our wooden counter, we invite you to pause and savor the moment.
